Storage Condition: The test kit can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated (2-30℃) for the duration of the shelf life.
Test Procedure
1. Open a pouch containing a cassette, lay the cassette.
Using the plastic pipettor provided, drop about 2-3drops (80μL) the sample into the serum/plasma well of the cassette.
2. If whole blood, add 1 drop (approximately 30μL) into sample well with a pipet.Then add 2 drops (approximately 80ul) of wash buffer provided in .
3. Read results within 15-20 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
